The Third Central Asia Climate Change Conference (CACCC 2020) will be held online on October 19-23, 2020. The objective of the conference is to strengthen a regional dialogue on climate change and sustainable development through the information and knowledge exchange in Central Asia. A series of our publications will be dedicated to the speakers of the upcoming event. And, today, we would like to introduce you to Mr. Berdy Berdiyev, Head of the Department on Coordination of International Environmental Cooperation and Projects of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Protection of Turkmenistan. He will speak at the thematic sessions of the first and the final fifth day of CACCC 2020, October 19 and 23, 2020.
Mr. Berdy Berdiyev is the Head of the Department on Coordination of International Environmental Cooperation and Projects of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Protection of Turkmenistan.
Mr. Berdiyev has graduated from Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly in 1995 and has studied at the Academy for Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan in 2015-2016. He is in charge of coordinating the international environmental cooperation of Turkmenistan since 2014. Mr. Berdiyev has worked in various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Economy of Turkmenistan and Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.
