MOBILE APPLICATION OF OUR CONFERENCE

23 January 2018

During the organization of the Central Asia Climate Change conference, we tried to minimize the use of paper by reducing printing.

In this regard, please use the mobile application Attendify, where you can access the latest version of the agenda, information on speakers, press-release for the media, presentations and other information. Besides that, you can use the application for interacting with other registered participants, exchanging information and messages, and receiving immediate notifications on your phone during the conference. The schedule of sessions and speeches will be also permanently displayed on special screens during the conference.

1. Search for "Attendify" in your App Store or Play Market.

2. Select "Attendify - Network at Events" application and install

3. Open the installed application and type "CACCC" in the search bar. You can also use QR code below.

4. The application will offer you to "Join the event". After that, you will be requested to go through the short registration procedure. After registration, you can edit your profile, add photo, contacts. The app also allows you sending "Private Messages" to other participants.

5. In the left menu icon, you can find information about the conference, the program schedule, speakers and their presentations, as well as the Twitter feed of the Regional Environmental Center for Central Asia.

6. In the “Schedule” section, when you click on any session, you will also be given an overview of session`s aims and speakers and downloadable presentations. You can also set-up (timer) notifications for yourself in any section of the program.
