The Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) together with the World Bank (WB) continues to hold a series of eleven round tables on Green Growth (GG) and Climate Change (CC) Dialogue within the framework of the project «Supporting Green Transition in Uzbekistan».
The purpose - is to raise awareness and strengthen the capacity for relevant stakeholders on green growth and climate change. This series will bring together stakeholders to discuss ways for Uzbekistan to accelerate progress towards the environmental sustainability priorities outlined in the and recent Draft Climate Change Strategy 2021-23 as well as the Government’s Strategy on the Transition to a Green Economy that has been developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction (MEDPR).
CAREC invites you to participate online at the final eleventh «round table»: «Strategic Framework for Green Economy for moving GG and CC agenda forward», which will be held on February 17, 2022, from 16-00 to 18-00, Tashkent time.
